To place an order simply select the tiara of your choice and click on the Order button. This will give you details of how to place your order. Please note the prices are inclusive of VAT and postage charges to UK mainland (overseas customers please contact for postage costs)
How long will my order take .?
We aim to keep all our products in stock. If payment is made by credit or debit card we normally despatch the same or next working day. If payment is made by cheque we will despatch immediately the cheque has been cleared which takes an additional 4 working days.
How do I try on your tiaras .?
Because you are ordering by mail order unfortunately this is not possible but usually if you like a tiara in a picture chances are you will love it when you are wearing it.
We have a flexible returns policy if you should need to return a product (see How do I return an item?)
What if the tiara is faulty .?
If upon receipt the tiara is in any way less than perfect simply contact us immediately for an exchange or full refund.
Simply contact us immediately and return the product within three days, unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Once your order is placed you will receive confirmation from us that the item is in stock. You will then need to telephone us on 01254 279766 to pay by credit card or send payment by cheque or postal order in sterling to our address on the
Contacts page, the price you see is the price you pay! Your order will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of payment![]()
